The Orange County Sustainability Decathlon (OCSD), a major collegiate design-and-build competition focused on sustainable housing, is proud to offer complimentary booth space to all sustainability-focused nonprofit groups in Orange County, Calif., to showcase their impactful initiatives. This exciting event presents a unique opportunity for the public to learn about Orange County’s diverse environmentally-conscious groups and actively participate in the collective effort to create a more sustainable future.
The OCSD, to be held on October 5-15, 2023, at the OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa, Calif., aims to promote awareness and engagement surrounding the pressing issue of climate change. By inviting local “green” groups, the event aims to highlight their inspiring work, encouraging residents to take meaningful steps towards a greener, more sustainable future.
Visitors to the event will have the opportunity to engage directly with representatives from these nonprofit organizations. They can learn about these nonprofits’ initiatives, volunteer opportunities, and ways to contribute to the collective fight against climate change.
