As a truly “outside the box” concept, our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom design is approximately 950 square feet and features an interior courtyard within a hexagonal floor plan. This extraordinary shape emulates the structure of a honeycomb, strategically chosen for the hexagon’s ability to minimize surface area while maximizing inner volume. The inner courtyard will be filled with greenery and our large folding doors can be opened to bring fresh air into the home and open the living space up to the outdoors. By utilizing passive heating and cooling elements, smart energy monitoring technology, and innovative water usage, daily consumption is reduced, decreasing costs while increasing resident comfort.
